When I wanted to sell my home in 2017 it was the first time I had done so on my own. I was concerned that I wouldn’t know how to select a broker much less how to judge if he was the right one. But after meeting with Tim for the first time all of my concerns went away. It was easy to see his conscientiousness and integrity.

Those traits never wavered throughout the sale process. I always knew that both Tim and Kristine had my best interests at heart and were always available to address any question I might have. I always felt that they “had my back ”and kept me informed and on track with any new developments. They didn’t waste any time or effort in getting the sale started and due to that my home sold during the first open house. Tim knew how important it was to me to have a longer escrow and was able to make that happen.
