Now in my fourth year working full time in the industry, I have been personally mentored by Broker/Owner Tim Skoglin while serving as the Operations Manager for Skoglin Real Estate. Through this role, I have been directly involved in over 60 successful transactions, gaining hands-on experience in contract management, negotiations, escrow coordination, and client communication from start to finish.
In addition to residential sales, I also assist in managing the firm’s property management division alongside Kristine Skoglin, further strengthening my understanding of contracts, timelines, maintenance coordination, and asset protection.
My background working behind the scenes running brokerage operations has given me a deep appreciation for detail, organization, and proactive communication, qualities that listing agents value in a smooth escrow.
